We have a wide range of fitness classes on offer including the below.

Spinning uses a stationary bike, pedalling to the beat of the music and varying the resistance to get a great work- out that burns lots of calories!

Spinning can be performed as an anaerobic exercise, pulling energy from reserves and building up muscular endurance over an extended period of time. However, there are also aerobic benefits. If someone prefers to pedal a little slower they can’t fall behind the rest of the class, and they won’t feel out of place for not knowing an aerobics or step Routine. No one knows what level anyone else is working at, and they are free to progress at their own pace.

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

Circuit training is the most time efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance. Studies show that circuit training helps you to achieve your goals and maintain them longer than other forms of exercise or diet.

High intensity interval training focussed on your core for all ages and ability levels.

This is a ladies only class, open to all abilities and fitness levels.

It is a slow and controlled 30 minute class, with the main aim of improving fitness whilst having fun, improving body tone, posture and working on correct technique.

It incorporates various types of equipment:

Weights
Body weight exercises
Resistance bands
Dynamax
TRX
ViPR

Cardio Fusion is a combined class of 3 elements, all choreographed to music to create an enjoyable workout for all that consists of:

20 mins : Warm up with HI/Lo Aerobic routines choreographed to music with adaptations for all levels.

20 mins : Step Aerobics with add -on choreography and layers that build in week on weel to form a complete routine by week 6.

20 mins : M.S.E - muscle, strength and endurance exercises working the upper body, core and legs using equipment where required with adaptations for all abilities plus a cool down and stretch.

The class is a fun filled enjoyable course choreographed to fab music, which by the end of the course, you will have experienced the whole complete learning curve of the choreography with add-ons and layers which will then give you a total view of what the class can achieve for you in terms of a full body workout.

Abs Blast is a choreographed abdominal class to the beat of the music for all abilities, which involved working the whole mid section of the body with exercises such as crunches, hundreds, side plank, leg raises, back raises to name but a few.

This class involves working week on week to gain core strength and flexibility in a friendly environment with a section at the end to relax, unwind and chillout too.
